Our newly constructed (2023) casita is a private 580 sq foot loft studio separate from the primary home. 

No shared walls, enjoy your own space.

Featuring high ceilings that bring in an abundance of natural daylight. The very quiet mini split unit regulates the temperature (heat/AC) to your perfect comfort level.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, large sink, quartz countertops, 2 burner induction stove, microwave with convection oven, plenty of cabinet/pantry storage, toaster oven, and full size fridge freezer with ice maker. 

Bedroom: King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, nightstand,  and a bonus mini split unit to regulate your sleeping comfort. 

Living: Sofa with 55" Roku smart tv connected to fast google fiber internet.

Dining: Collapsible table with 2 leafs for extending/reducing the tabletop size and has storage cubbies.

Bathroom: Tiled shower, vanity sink with lower cabinet storage and medicine cabinet mirror. A heater fan with timer to take that extra edge off when it’s cold.

Laundry: Full size Whirlpool duet washer and dryer in-unit.

No surprise fees or silly trash valet or mandatory this and that. Seeking a considerate neighbor who doesn’t want to share any walls but still enjoy downtown living.
