ISO: 1 New female roommate! We have one of four private furnished room **available April 1, 2026** in our cute home (SLC) - contract is 530/month (600 with utilities). Our home is near the Salt Lake Community College (Taylorsville), I215, and close to I15 and Murray Central. Perfect if you want to start new! Amazing deal!! We are three mature, clean, chill students/young professionals who enjoy the outdoors, reading, occasional meals together, and hosting friendly gatherings every few months. Some of us speak Spanish. We are excited to meet you!

Tours available by appointment (Tip: Schedule early before this contract gets snatched)! This place is great if you don't have a car and you study at SLCC (Bus goes right nearby or you can bike 25 min - flat path)
