This is not a party house, but tenants are a social group who enjoys hanging out and hosting small weekend gatherings or meals. The ideal roommate is a fellow young professional or grad student who is responsible, clean, and comfortable with a social home environment.

Four Bedrooms: 2 Upstairs and 2 Downstairs. The downstairs south bedroom is available for rent. Bedrooms are unfurnished.

Two Full Bathrooms: 1 Upstairs and 1 Downstairs.

Two Full Kitchens: 1 Upstairs and 1 Downstairs.

Common Areas: Upstairs Dining, Upstairs Living Room, Downstairs Living Room, Laundry Room, Storage Room. The common areas are fully furnished with a washer and dryer, couches, coffee tables, TVs, dining tables and chairs, dishes, cookware, appliances, gas grill, etc.

The U of U Stadium Trax Station is a 4-minute walk, and there are 2 nearby bus stops. It takes exactly 15 minutes to walk from the front door to the University Union. Each room is available for a 1-year lease beginning August 1, 2026.

The available room is $875, which includes utilities (Google Fiber, gas, electric, water, sewer, trash). Existing tenants will have first right to refuse a new one-year lease in the subsequent year.

No pets. No shared rooms. No smoking.

Move-in requires First month's rent and a $750 deposit ($50 non-refundable, $700 refundable). This house will only be shown to those who submit an application.
