Beautiful backyard featuring a large deck, hot tub, lots of hammocks, plenty of shade at all times of day, BBQ grill, fire pit, lots of squirrels and birds. The entire yard is a garden (nothing to mow and plenty of fresh food, herbs, fruit, and wildflowers!)

Bedroom features original hardwood floors, large closet with built-in storage, ceiling fan, and 2 windows for plenty of natural light. Extra storage available in built-in drawers in hallway. Bathroom is shared.

Property shared with 2 other housemates, both artists/creatives in our 30s/early 40s. We are introverts that are generally quiet and keep to ourselves, but do enjoy sharing a drink out on the deck, hanging in the hot tub, occasionally cooking a meal together, or having a few friends over now and then. We clean as we go, don't leave dishes in the sink, and share in keeping communal spaces tidy.

Andrea:
I'm the owner of the property. I live in a separate apartment out back in the garage with my dog, but my dog and I spend a lot of time traveling, especially in the colder months. I work remotely as an artist and designer. I enjoy dancing, creating art, photography, gardening, projects around the house, thrifting, and spending as much time as possible outside.

T: I'm an artist and a musician and work from home most days. I'm also a massage therapist with a studio nearby. I'm pretty quiet, private, and like to keep things tidy. I like having a friend or two over once in a while. I practice an alternative spirituality, nature-focused, and appreciate a housemate who respects such practices or conducts themselves in a similar fashion.

House rules: Clean up after yourself, do your dishes, help keep shared spaces such as kitchen/bathroom/living room clean. Be respectful to other housemates. No smoking in home.

Room is $750/month plus flat rate of $150/month for utilities: internet, gas, electricity, sewer, & water. $700 deposit required. 6-month lease min. Month-to-month after that. Room is single occupancy. No couples or kids.
