Shared Townhome

My name is Bailey, I live in the townhome with my two cats, Diego & Venus. Venus doesn’t get along well with most other animals, so unfortunately there will be no more pets allowed—however, they’re both very friendly with people. I’m an artist, so I spend a lot of my time painting, crafting, etc. I work 6 days a week and enjoy working out in my free time; playing soccer, boxing, lifting, or running. I love anything outdoors, going out with my friends, or having a night in. Ideally looking for 1-2 roommates, 23-33 years old, who prioritize healthy communication, clean shared spaces, and a friendly, homey living space. I would love to be friends as well!

About the townhome:

 2 private bedrooms w/ shared bathroom. Large common areas with rooftop deck + awesome view.  Lots of natural light. 

The townhome is easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Trax Station, IHC Medical Center, Murray City Park, and the library. Easy bike ride to the Jordan River Parkway and super easy freeway access. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to both downtown + Sugarhouse.

Your $800  rent INCLUDES utilities and fiber optic internet!

There is a $800 deposit that is refundable minus a $50 cleaning fee, if the place is left how you found it.
