Park Cafe is less than a block down the street, and 7-11 is around the corner (1-minute walk) for late-night snacks or beer runs.

The apartment has its own separate entrance, bathroom, full-sized laundry room with washer and dryer, cellar storage, and separate kitchen with a modern stainless refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and granite countertops. There is a shared patio with a grill and tables for your use.

The apartment is available to a maximum of 2 occupants. I tend to be easygoing and get along with almost everyone. Looking for nice and quiet-ish people to rent the basement apartment of my house. Hope to find people who would enjoy relaxing on the patio with friends, love my very sweet/loving dog, and be happy to live so close to Liberty Park. Rent is $1,400/month + Negotiable rate for utilities (Google Fiber with own WIFI Router). The application fee is only for the amount Rentler wants. I won't collect an application fee for me.
