it does have 2 parking spots for this unit there is no parking fees

Deposit for this unit is 1800, 800 is refundable but like always you take care of my place I will take care of you simple as that.

Application requirements I look for good credit clean background good rental history good job history and income

As for showings I try and show when I can but I do have to work with the current tenants schedule they are pretty flexible as far as evening showings and weekend Just let me know when you would like to see it!
