Got a room opening up August 8th in my Capitol Hill place. Rent is a flat $800 a month, and that includes absolutely everything—all utilities, high-speed internet, laundry, and a parking spot.

The apartment has awesome views and a really relaxed, easygoing vibe. You’d be living with me and my dog, Bear-Lee. He’s incredibly friendly and basically thinks anyone who walks through the door is there to see him.

I’m seeking a roommate who is social, interacts, and hangs out sometimes. I just don't want to live with someone who stays locked in their room 24/7.

The bedroom is private, and the kitchen and bathroom are shared. I’m not looking for a total clean freak, just someone considerate enough to clean up after themselves and empty the trash when it's full. We can split up the deeper cleaning chores or use a chart, whatever works for you, as long as the effort goes both ways.
