Two rooms available in a great little house by Trolley Square, close to trax station, university and Liberty Park. Lots of parking, washer and dryer, huge and beautifully overgrown backyard. We put on shows back there sometimes, so musicians and instruments are always welcome. Also looking for animal lovers who can be patient with my border collie lol. He's actually really sweet, he's just hyper and a bit skittish. Other pets are welcome, it's just an extra 50/month.

I live here with a couple of buddies right now but they're both moving out at the end of
the month. I'm a senior at the U of U hoping to finish out my degree within six months or so. I like to write and play music, I watch a lot of tv, and I travel as much as I can. I might ask you to water my plants once in a while lol. Love climbing, skiing, skating and all that stuff
