We are seeking responsible and friendly roommates to share a comfortable 1 bedroom in a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in the vibrant heart of Downtown Salt Lake City. This inviting residence is fully furnished, designed for your convenience and comfort, and includes all utilities as well as high-speed internet in the rent, making your living experience hassle-free.

We prioritize the safety and comfort of all our tenants; therefore, we will conduct a thorough screening of all applicants to ensure no criminal or eviction history. An application fee of $55 is required. Please note that these rooms are intended for individuals only and cannot be shared.

Each bedroom comes furnished with a brand-new queen-size bed featuring a luxurious mattress accompanied by a side table and bedside lamp for your convenience. For those working from home, a desk and chair can be provided upon request to suit your needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and cutlery, making it easy for you to whip up your favorite meals. In the shared living area, you'll find a comfortable sofa and a large smart television for your entertainment.

All common areas, including the kitchen, hallways, family room, and bathrooms, will be cleaned every two weeks for hygiene and convenience.

To create a peaceful environment for everyone, we have established some house rules: smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited on the property, including the front and back yards. Parties are not allowed. We ask that all tenants observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, keeping noise to a minimum while talking and ensuring doors are opened and closed quietly during these hours.
