This Huge Private bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed & bedding, lamp, dresser and desk/chair. New plantation shutters and crown molding.

Full access to kitchen, with use of the Owners Washer and Dryer, dishes, pans, silverware, microwave, fridge and your own separate large kitchen cabinet. House has security lights, security cameras – a locked fenced entrance gate – main entrance door has code pad entry.

Two people live in the upper level of house, which is completely separate. Everyone here is considerate and private. All individuals work full time outside of the home. You must have employment or school outside of home.
