4 bedrooms - each with a private bathroom - are available.  Females only - you will be joining 1  already in place.  In addition to your bedroom and bathroom, you will also have a private study.  

The home is a legal duplex with an upper and lower level.  2 of the 4 bedrooms are on the lower level.  The home is located 2.5 blocks from the Stadium Trax station on 13th East esidential district and is a legal, over/under duplex with separate utility meters.  

Free off-street, uncovered parking, 1 vehicle per person.  2 garage spots are available for $50.00 per spot.  

Each apartment has a coin-op washer and dryer. 

Home Features: 

All rooms have central air.

Google Fiber, water, sewer, trash are paid by the landlord.  Tenants pay gas and electricity.
