It includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, electric stove and dimmable lighting. There is a linen closet, under stairs storage and built in living room storage area. The living space is just under 1,000 Sq ft and street parking is almost always available. There is central air and heat controlled on a shared thermostat, but an in unit gas fireplace to provide additional heat in the winter. New furnace, condenser, water heater and water pressure regulator. The house is well cared for and I am hoping to find tenants whom appreciate the space and work that has gone into it! There is a shared fenced back yard, fruit trees, garden and an in progress space to hang out with a fireplace.

I live in the upstairs unit with my partner, two cats and a dog. I am open to having the right kind of animal downstairs, upon a meet and greet to ensure they can all get along. We enjoy live music, comedy and the outdoors. I work from home and my partner occasionally games so we do have a dependable and high speed internet. The garage contains a pool table that is occasionally cleared out enough to play! I can make storage available upon request and it is a spacious garage!

We are on a dead end cultisac off 700. Scott’s Ave Park is a two minute walking distance away. Millcreek Commons, highway access, the FrontRunner and grocery shopping is a short drive or bike ride away. I will warn you if you are a daily bike commuter, the location is not ideal as 700 is our predominate exit (you can cross the park to 900, but it involves a short stair ascent). I occasionally bike out and it doesn’t bother me though!

I am looking for a dependable and direct communicating tenant(s) that respect(s) and appreciates the space. Smoking is allowed on the premises, but asked to be outside. LGTBQ+ friendly :)
