Professionally and locally managed by Concept Property Management, Stonewall Apartments offers a convenient and welcoming living experience. Applicants must have a credit score in the 600s or higher, a clean background, positive rental history, and monthly income of at least three times the rent. Smoking is not permitted.

Community Package: $241.99/month, including Internet, water/sewer/trash, common gas and electric, parking, billing fee, liability insurance, pest fee, property tax, and CAM. Residents are responsible for all other utilities.

Pet Policy:
1 pet deposit: $500 (fully refundable)
2 pet deposit: $800 (fully refundable)
Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet
