*** This is not student housing. We don't do co-signers or rent to teenagers or early-20-somethings with little-to-no rental history. You'll need to have a good job, earn sufficient income, have good credit--and have good / verifiable rental history to apply for this space. This is a peaceful, quiet property with mainly young professionals / grad students / professors as fellow tenants / neighbors. And that's the way we like it.
12-month lease is required to begin but we generally allow shorter extensions or month-to-month options after that first 12 months.
