We usually have three roommates in this unit, but two have moved out, and the other will soon. Often attractive for students, young professionals, etc.

One bedroom has new carpet installed a couple of weeks ago. (Not reflected in some photos, but you can see it in one pic.) Bedrooms are small.

This is the basement of a house with a separate entrance. Upstairs is also occupied.

CHORE CHART is required to keep the place tidy. You will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning all common areas once per month (and your roommates will also be responsible for a monthly cleaning, so the place should be cleaned every 10 days).

Utilities: $65 flat (includes everything: wireless Internet, gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash)
Deposit: $655 ($555 refundable)

Application / background & credit check required. Renters insurance required before move-in.
