This is the basement of a house with a separate entrance. Upstairs is also occupied.

MARKED FRIDGE SPACE/SHELVING: You don't have to fight with people for space. We have some of the key spaces like fridge and shelves split up fairly so you have room for your food.

KEYLESS ENTRY, DOORBELL CAM, and floodlight to keep you and your packages safe.

Utilities: $45 flat (includes everything: gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash)

Deposit: $655 ($555 refundable)
