The house is quiet, clean, relaxed, dramafree and we are very respectful of each other’s privacy. The 9th and 9th neighborhood is great and so is the central location. The available room is $450 a month plus $100 deposit with all utilities included on a month to month contract. We are into music, camping, backpacking, hiking, skating, snowboarding, skiing, surfing, etc. The room is available today so don’t hesitate to call and ask any questions.
