The 9th and 9th neighborhood is great and so is the central location. The available room is $775 a month plus $300 deposit with all utilities included on a month to month contract. We are into music, camping, backpacking, hiking, skating, snowboarding, skiing, surfing, etc. The room is available today so don’t hesitate to call and ask any questions.
