Modern newly renovated home in Sugar House. Charming neighborhood 3 minutes from I80 and walkable/bikeable to  public transit, numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries. The house has on and off street parking, a large fenced back yard, and a spacious garage for storage. There is a common den with large windows upstairs and a common area in the finished basement, as well as a wash room with a washer and dryer. Myself and two fun and adventurous housemates are looking for some to fill the 4th room as one housemate moves out.

A bit about me since we'll be housing together: I'm 29, very friendly, and very active. I love climbing and skiing, and travel frequently. I work from home, so I'll be around often and enjoy occasional house dinners, game nights, and other activities to create a feeling of community. I'm not a neat freak, but I do keep a clean house, in particular the kitchen.

Available 05/01. Utilities will be in my name to make payment easier for tenants but will be split evenly.
