We have two rooms available in our beautiful home situated near the 9th and 9th area on August 1. One is on the main floor; the other is in the basement. Rent is 795/month/room. Utilities are split between everyone in the house. Basement renter shares bathroom, kitchen and washer/dryer with one other tenant. The location is INCREDIBLY close to Westminster, the University of Utah, and 9th and 9th shops. The 213 bus stop is a half block away and is a short 10 minutes from the U of U campus. The rooms come unfurnished, although the basement has a large and comfortable couch for watching television in the main area. All renters will be able to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful backyard space. All current tenants are either working or in graduate school. No pets and no smoking.
