A pack and play is available for children. All beds have luxury memory form mattresses (Casper Mattress) to ensure comfort for tenants.
There are smart clocks placing in each bedrooms for convenience.

Looking for some fun - check out the arcades! A Ms. Pac-Man arcade placing nearby will sure to keep the young ones occupied. The downstairs four-player arcade will keep guest company while waiting for others.

Lease Duration:
Available options: 1 months, 6 months or 12 months lease

Monthly Rent:
$4495 per month, due on the 1st of each month.

Security Deposit:
$4495 (typically equal to one month's rent), due at lease signing.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities unless otherwise stated. This may include electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, and internet.

Occupancy Limit:
Maximum of 4 occupants. Only individuals listed on the lease are permitted to reside in the property.

Pets:

Smoking Policy:
No smoking permitted inside the property.

Maintenance & Care:
Tenant agrees to maintain the property in clean and good condition. Tenant is responsible for minor maintenance (e.g., light bulbs, air filters, yard upkeep if applicable).

Alterations:
No alterations, painting, or modifications without prior written consent from landlord.

Parking:
Driveway and street parking.
No unauthorized vehicles or long-term storage of inoperable vehicles.

Late Fees:
Rent not received by third date each month will incur a late fee of $120

Renter's Insurance:
Tenant is encouraged to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term.

Subleasing:
Subleasing or short-term rentals (including Airbnb/VRBO) are strictly prohibited.

Entry & Inspections:
Landlord may enter the property with proper notice in accordance with local laws for inspections, maintenance, or showings.

Lease Termination:
Early termination may be subject to fees and conditions outlined in the lease agreement.
