Bedroom #1 is fully furnished at $985.00 plus $125.00 for utilities.  Bedroom #2 ($930.00) unfurnished/semi-furnished.  Plus $125.00 for utilities.   Both rooms are large and completely private with large closets and deep big windows with bright sunshine.

Plenty of off-street parking with garage area for small storage likes bikes.

**Shared main level entrance with immediate access to private entrance to rental living area.  Overlap would be rare.  Main level shared main kitchen area that can be scheduled for privacy:   air-fryer, microwave and other amenities will also be available privately for rental area.   

**This is a "Three level home," Top floor is my living area so rental area will always be a private space entirety for renters.   I am easy going, outgoing and hope you are too.  I'm a professional person and will only rent to responsible fully employed individuals.  I prefer a minimum of 3-month contract but negotiable.
