We have the downstairs available in large home - Starting now - unfurnished. (bedrooms with furnishings is to show example of the room)

You will have 2 rooms to yourself and our own bathroom downstairs. You would make 3 of us total in the home.

1. We split utilities evenly ($75-95 each)
2. Available June 1st or sooner if needed
3. It's on the bench in Sandy and is in a fantastic neighborhood. We all live by LDS standards, and are clean (only need apply if you appreciate an empty sink)
4. We are in the boundaries of the Draper Single Adult Ward, and the YSA meets down the street. Also a block from a family ward.
5. There are currently 2 of us, with room for 1 more tenant available (you will have 2 rooms to yourself and private bath)
6. No pets, no smoking, no drinking, no female sleep overs, etc
7. We are looking for someone who is also active in the Church of Jesus Christ, or is ok living by our standards, is independent and is clean. A few of us work from home, so if you work nights, keep that in mind.
8. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a large storage room a large covered deck, and is in a perfect neighborhood with other clean neighbors. (No chain link fences here) We keep to ourselves, and when time allows we also hang and go to social events. We don't "party", but might have a barbecue here or there.
9. Property management requires a background check. No Felons, bad credit, just saving you the time the management company won't approve.
First and last month's rent due upfront, last month rent is deposit.
