Rent: $1050+Utilities + Garage parking

I am just tired of renting rooms. Getting too exhausted. Each room is rented for $625/mo.      I wanted to rent both rooms to one party. You can use one as an office or can have one child. 

You will enjoy two level of house. First floor there is a living room, family room with TV to watch, kitchen and dining area. We have plenty of cabinets.

You will also enjoy the evenings beautiful view from deck. 

Yard is fenced and available for your gardening. 

You will be sharing bathroom with one female only. She works long hours and hardly home. She is not on lease. 

Note: Electric, Garbage, Gas, Internet (WIFI), Water, Sewer, One car Garage parking will be free in exchange of some property managing/maintaining. (optional)

You must have some experience, you must be handy enough to fix small repairs as needed, such as changing the bulbs, lawn care, light lifting in arranging etc.
