Brother/Sister roommates are looking to invite a fellow, mature, mellow individual to share our home. We are looking for a financially responsible, low drama, and stable roommate. You should be clean and courteous and care for the space you live in. You like dogs. We have a small, well-behaved, mixed breed who shares our home.

We are quiet, friendly, and respectful. We are only looking to rent to one person, no couples, no children, and no pets.

You will have an unfurnished private room and private bathroom - the master bedroom.

We are close to the Cottonwood Canyons so if you're a hiker/skier/outdoorsy type, this is a great location! We also have a nice park that is about a three minute walk from the front door.

Your utilities are included - Gas, Water, Power, Internet, Sewer, Waste/Recycling. First and last month's rent are required for move in plus a $500 cleaning/security deposit. Move in cost = $2100. Month-to-month is ok with a one month move-out notice.
