Hi there! We’re a laid-back, outdoorsy couple in our late 30’s. When we’re not working, you’ll find us hiking, snowboarding, biking, camping, or out on a river trip. We live a quiet, active lifestyle and are excited to offer our fully furnished mother-in-law suite for rent in our Sandy home!

The Space
* Private Entrance: Accessed through the fenced in side yard.
* Layout: 600 sq ft garden level studio with mountain views, queen bed, 1 bathroom with tall rainfall showerhead, cozy living area with TV, and a full kitchen.
* Kitchen: Features an electric 4-burner cooktop, convection oven, large sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pans, silverware, cooking utensils and cups
* Storage: Closet with closet system, under bed drawers + large outside storage area under the deck for your outdoor gear. Open to discussing using a portion of the outdoor shed. 
* Outdoor Access: Enjoy a large fenced-in backyard with a custom outdoor sauna & patio — perfect for relaxing or hosting friends.
*Washer/Dryer: Shared with us in the main part of the house.
*Noise: We did our best to soundproof the unit (insulation in ceiling/walls, resilient channel in ceiling, solid core interior door) but you may occasionally hear footsteps and other sounds of daily living from above.
* Lease Terms: From April-November 2026, potential for late March move-in. Up to 8 months or month-to-month for maximum flexibility through November 2026. Open to discussing extending after November 2026 for the right tenant.
