You’ll also have your own private living room, which can comfortably accommodate a desk, and a mostly private bathroom (it is detached from the bedroom/ not an en-suite).

There is a second basement bedroom primarily used for storage, but it may occasionally (up to two weeks per year) host out-of-town guests.

I am open to the idea of renting it to a second person if you have a friend.
