The private downstairs space comes with a queen bed, two work stations including a standing desk which can swing out of the way for more open floor space, dedicated storage space for skis and snowboards, a dry kitchenette with essential appliances and provided kitchenware, pantry, convertible coffee-table, 60” flat-screen smart TV, a futon for guests, walk-in closet / gear room, plus additional storage space in the mechanical room. There is no separate entrance, but the basement stairway is adjacent to the front door of the house. 

The dry kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, toaster oven, microwave oven, 2-slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee pot, two-burner hot plate, and teapot. The bathroom sink does not have a garbage disposal, so please plan to wash dishes in the kitchen on the main floor.

In my free time, I enjoy carpentry, cooking, and playing in the mountains – esp. split/snowboarding, climbing, and mountain biking.
