This is a great room for a quiet living professional that likes to be close to the mountains and it is available furnished or unfurnished as well. Either way the utilities are included. Sorry, no pets, couples, kids, vaping, or smoking. The room is available now.

I'm a clean and quiet living professional male in my early 40’s that is excited about climbing, mountain biking, hiking, fitness and traveling. I also enjoy healthy eating and living. You'd have two other roommates (Male) in the house as well. They have similar interests and are in their 30's and 70's. It's a 5 bedroom house that allows us to spread out between floors. We have a clean/quiet living style and are looking for someone that is the same.
