The home shares a driveway, and Heating/AC. You may be able to hear basement tenants and they may be able to hear you. We have never had any issues with noise, but be mindful. No parties or excessive noise. Utilities are split between upstairs and basement tenant (usually between $100-$150 each). Landlord pays Trash, Sewer.
