8494 S Cornell Dr

We purchased this home over 3 years ago and have renovated it completely. It has new paint, carpet, flooring, and tile floors. We just finished renovating the kitchen/living room area and two upstairs bathrooms. It also has a large backyard, as shown in the pictures. 

This is a split-entry home. The Upstairs has the living room, kitchen, and dining area as an open concept.  The bathroom in the hallway has a shower tub, and a double sink. There is a coat closet and a pantry located in the hallway. At the end of the hallway, there is the master room to the left with its own private full bathroom and two rooms to the right. The downstairs area has a small living room area with a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer with a large storage closet. 

We are renting our home with the following appliances and furniture included: 

Kitchen/Dining room: 

- Fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, and a large dining table that sits 8 people comfortably with a bench, 4 black metal chairs, and 2 island stools.

Living room: 

- 55 Inch mounted TV purchased 5 months ago, and a large L-shaped couch 

Master Bedroom: 

- One King-size bed frame and purple mattress with 2 wood nightstands and two lamps. Two dressers and a 43-inch mounted TV 

Bedrooms 2 and 3 Upstairs: 

- 1 large dresser and 1 changing table with dresser. 

Downstairs area:

- 1 rocking chair,  one queen-size bed frame, and mattress. One washer and one dryer that was replaced 5 months ago.
