Looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable space to call home? We have several private rooms available in a spacious, shared 6 bed / 2 bath home in Sandy Utah.  1 mile from the Trax station and 5 minutes from Little Cottonwood Canyon.  

Available Rooms & Monthly Rent (Unfurnished)

Add $50/month if you’d like the room furnished (we have a King, Queen, Full, or Twin bed to provide):

• Room 1 – $825 | Large upstairs room (approx 139 sq ft)

• Room 2 – $775 | Upstairs room (approx 126 sq ft)

• Room 3 – $725 | Cozy upstairs room (approx 91 sq ft)

• Room 4 – $725 | Quiet basement room (approx 97 sq ft)

• Room 5 – $750 | Spacious basement room (approx 111 sq ft)

• Room 6 – $600 | Smallest room, basement (approx 77 sq ft)

All rooms include:

– Utilities (electricity, internet, gas, water, trash)

– Access to kitchen, laundry, and 2 common areas 

– Shared bathrooms (2 total in the house, 1 up and 1 down)

– Parking: driveway + street spots

– Month-to-month or 6–12 month lease options

– Quiet hours 10 PM – 6 AM

Fees

– Refundable security deposit = 1 month’s rent ($100 non refundable)
