My tenant who is already renting my home is looking for a housemate (female/male). This is a 2-story house. She is currently using the master bedroom and one of the two bathrooms. So, to make it fair she would give the other tenant the other 2 bedrooms and the other full bathroom.

 There is a shared living space with shared furniture. If you have your own furniture, you are welcome to bring them in (The bedrooms are not furnished). There is a large kitchen with tons of storage. Open concept kitchen/living room. Another large entryway room that has a vaulted ceiling. There is a ton of natural light here, and an amazing view of the valley! There's also a porch off the master bedroom and off the kitchen living room, and backyard with garden box. She has 3 cats and who are a bit timid but will warm up to you once they discover you are staying. It's a pretty chill neighborhood. And she is pretty chill herself, and has non-LDS standards.

She teaches yoga/Pilates. She likes outdoorsy things. Climbing, hiking, gardening, etc. She loves animals, in particular her little pride of felines. She is a glassblower and artist. And she is also an Access consciousness Facilitator.

All the utilities and the hi-speed internet are included. One year lease is available.
