Beautiful second floor condo built in 2020. Less than a 5 minute drive to the interstate with views of the mountains out the living room window. 9 ft ceilings in main living areas and primary bedroom. Laminate wood floors in kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms.
Lots of storage space with a storage closet off the balcony, large pantry, coat closet, cabinets and linen storage in the laundry room, and large closets in every bedroom (walk in closet in the primary bedroom). Designated laundry room with electric washer and dryer hookups and a counter. Appliances include a microwave, flat-top stove, dishwasher, and fridge. Furnace and tankless water heater receive regular maintenance. There is one reserved parking spot per unit and lots of open parking spots for a second car and/or visitors.
The rent price includes the HOA fee, which will be paid by the landlord. HOA fees pay for landscaping, playground maintenance, snow removal, garbage, water, and sewer.
A community playground is next to the unit. The Centennial Park Condos are located right off main street in Santaquin between the city offices and Centennial Park, which includes a playground, pavilion, sand volleyball court, basketball hoops, baseball field, open green space, and lots of large, shady trees. During the summer there is a market at the park on Monday nights! This condo is the perfect location to watch the local parades from the balcony or walk to the annual rodeo. Also less than a 5 minute drive to Rowley's Red Barn where you can always find fresh local produce and other homemade treats. The city library and Santaquin Elementary are within walking distance as well.
This is a great community for dogs. Lots of green space outside the unit and several neighbors with furry friends. Upon meeting applicant we will consider allowing one dog under 40 lbs, hypoallergenic dogs are preferred. Cats are not allowed. There is a deposit and added pet rent required.
