Perfect short term rental solution in beautiful spacious furnished 2 story home with finished walk out basement nestled in quiet,  family oriented neighborhood.  Lots of room for everyone and everything.  Large bright well lit kitchen with all appliances and tons of granite counter space plus a big island for baking and gourmet cooking and a dining area.  Comfortably relax with family and guests in open living room under vaulted ceilings or the formal dining room or around the piano in the separate front sitting room.  Don't forget to peek in the office den for that real private quiet area.  Bring the kids and let them pick their choice of 5 bedrooms (except the master of course) - 4 with walk in closets!  Master has both his & hers walk in closets!  No waiting in line for any of the 3 and 3/4 bathrooms either. 

There's more living space downstairs to exercise or have game night in the family room or stretch out for a movie in the comfy home theater room.  There's one basement bedroom for your loudest snorer while all the rest are on the second floor along with the conveniently located laundry room (with washer and dryer).  Owner does have some personal storage items in north half of cold storage room.  

Access the beautifully landscaped and fully sprinklered backyard and a  shaded patio area from the basement walkout or kitchen sliding doors.  Yard is a gardener’s dream world with lawn, flowers, fruit trees, and bushes as well as a separate full size storage shed.  More storage is available in the two car garage as well as RV parking space.   Location doesn’t get any better – 15 min to Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, eateries, groceries, shopping, etc. and easy access to I-15 or a Front Runner station.  Finally, the owner can remove all furniture and furnishings (other than the piano which stays) unless tenant desires to have some items remain.  So come move in before someone beats you to it! 

Application fee is $45/applicant (all occupants 18+).  Max of 2 small dogs/cats ok (<25 lbs.) with $500 pet deposit ($250 refundable) and $40/month per pet rent.  Applicant(s) qualifications:  Min. 650 credit score, combined monthly gross income > 2.5 x monthly rent, no bills turned over to collections, no bankruptcies in last 3 years, no evictions or criminal convictions, & rare late payment history.
