The closet in the bedroom is a walk-in and fits a lot of storage. A firestick is included with the TV, a couch, a bed, side tables, rugs, a dresser, and stools for the countertop. There is a small fenced-in backyard, where your separate entrance is. The wifi and utilities are included in the overall monthly price (only would change if there was an exceptionally high bill). Pets can be considered if they are fully house trained, noises are at a minimum since many work from home in this area, picked up after bathroom right away, and safe around children. A monthly pet fee can be discussed, depending on the animal(s).
