This property is located in Harvest Hills (North Saratoga) right off the newly-finished Mountain View Corridor and Redwood! You can get to I-15 or Pioneer Crossing in just a few minutes, and you’re walking distance to tons of shopping (Walmart, Costco, VASA, etc.). There are also tons of trails and parks all around.
Cost: $1,550/month. This includes rent, driveway parking, and ALL utilities (Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash).
*Internet: We can add you to our high-speed internet plan for $50/month, or you are welcome to get your own (typically $100).
About the landlords: We are a young couple living upstairs. We both work from home and have a toddler, a newborn, and a dog. We’re looking for a tenant who is respectful and easygoing. Since we have little kids running around, you'll hear footsteps and normal family noise during the day, but we are quiet at night.
