House comes with a Large living room, Full Kitchen, Laundry room and a Nook for Movies, Games and school work.  FIBER WIFI Throughout the house, Home is brand new and clean.

Rules are Pretty Easy,   Quiet time after 10PM during weekdays. Kitchen will remain clean, dishes are to be cleaned up after cooking. You will have your own space in the Cabinets, Pantry and Fridge.  If you make a mess, you clean it up, Super easy.

The backyard is open to use but under construction,  Landscaping coming in this summer. Basement is also under construction with the possibility for Rental later on.

Parking- On Street Parking across the street 20-30 Feet away, readily available.  For right now the garage is full of construction materials from around the house and basement. 

Utilities are included,  This is a 3200 SF home,  Prices to make it easier are included into the Rent, Gas, Electricity, Wifi, HOA is all included.
