I have one room for rent in a beautiful home in South Jordan.  The home is close to The District, Costco, Walmart, Bangerter & 11400 S.  Everything you would need is within a 3-to-5 minute drive.

Specifics for the room:

- Private bedroom & Private bathroom that has a standing shower.

- Washer/dryer, Mesh wifi, full kitchen, Back yard, full-grown trees

- The basement has an open space that can be used as an office or home gym

-New carpet, New flooring, New light fixtures and fresh paint, tons of upgrade

- Community gym, hot tub & pool access

What I'm looking for in a roommate:

- no kids & no couples

- Working professional

- cleans up after themselves and keeps the house in a like-new condition

- no smoking or vaping

-No guests are allowed inside

Rent: $800/Room (Electricity, gym, and pool access INCLUDED) 

Gas, water/trash/sewer/Internet EXCLUDED (Typically $150-$175)

-Garage access can be given for a small fee ($100)

Security Deposit: $600 (60% refund upon move-out if no repairs are needed). If early move out then a 1-month advance notice is required if not a deposit is not refunded.

3-12 Months lease. Optional month-month for the right candidate

*First month’s rent and security deposit is required on the move-in date.

One month's advance notice is required before moving out else the deposit will NOT be Refunded
