Residents can bring their own non-motorized watercraft out on the lake with a permit or check out one of the Association’s watercraft at the Beach Club located just north of SoDa Row.

• Phase 1 of Downtown Daybreak is underway.  This includes The Ballpark at America First Square, the new home of the Salt Lake Bees. The Rio Tinto | Kennecott stage at America First Square is home to LiveDAYBREAK’s summer concert series and other exciting events. Several restaurants are opening in 2025, along with a new Megaplex.
• TRAX light rail opened in August 2011 with two stops in Daybreak. In 2025, a third stop was opened, providing direct access to Downtown Daybreak and America First Square. Daybreak is currently the end of the line for the Red Line, which runs up to the University of Utah.  Commute time from Daybreak to the Courthouse stop downtown is about 40 minutes.  That’s about the same if you were to drive, but without the traffic, parking, and gas costs.
