Pet Policy We welcome both dogs and cats to our community under the following guidelines, designed to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents: Pets Allowed: 1 dog or cat is permitted. A second pet (dog or cat) may be allowed with prior approval from management. Size Limit: Only small to medium-sized pets are allowed, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs per animal. No Breed Restrictions: There are no breed restrictions for dogs. All pets must be non-aggressive and well-behaved. Pet Deposit & Monthly Fee: A non-refundable pet deposit of $350 per pet is required. There is also a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet. Vaccinations & Licensing: All pets must be current on vaccinations and licensed in accordance with local regulations. Documentation is required. Behavior: Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to require removal of any pet that poses a safety concern or nuisance. Cleanliness: Pet owners are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste properly. Supervision: Dogs must be leashed when outside the unit. Pets may not be left unattended on balconies, patios, or in common areas. All pets must be disclosed and approved by management prior to move-in. Non-compliance may result in fines or lease termination.

A security deposit of $2,195 is required at the time of lease signing. This deposit serves as security for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or other lease violations. Refundable Portion: $1,695 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee: $500 The $500 cleaning fee is automatically deducted from the deposit to cover standard cleaning services upon move-out. The remaining $1,695 will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the lease, provided the unit is returned in good condition and all lease terms have been satisfied. Deductions beyond the $500 cleaning fee may be made for: Damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear Missing or damaged items Unpaid rent or fees A detailed itemization of any deductions will be provided if applicable.
