Bathroom: Top floor private bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, large vanity with storage and toilet.
Additional Storage: Partial hall closet space next to bedroom
Shared Space: Open concept living/dining, a fully stocked kitchen, half bath, laundry, pantry and patio.
Parking: Street parking in front of home
Home is well maintained, has a 2nd story patio with beautiful mountain views, a porch with a hammock, and lots of light. The neighborhood is active and peaceful. Close to Daybreak TRAX station as well as the newly built Waterway, baseball stadium, parks and trails. Located close to shopping in The District and Mountain View Village. Some Daybreak amenities (gym & pool) currently not included.
You will be living with myself (34 female) and a very friendly female senior corgi mix named Daisy. I work at home and utilize the bedroom next door as a home office from 8-5 M-F but generally don't use the top floor outside of that. Must love dogs! I am an active person and love going to the gym, attending concerts, going Paddleboarding and traveling.
