- No more than 3 unrelated occupants for properties with 2 or more bedrooms

All Spectrum Realty & Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) which includes: Renters Insurance, Resident Portal access, A one-time late fee waiver, credit building, $1M Identity Protection, Quarterly HVAC air filter delivery, move-in utility concierge service, resident rewards program, More details upon request. If you opt to provide your own Renters Insurance policy, upon proof of qualified coverage, you would receive a credit for $10.95 per month.

Owner Established Water, Sewer, Trash account to be paid directly by tenant.
