There is laundry and storage with washer and dryer for your use!  There is a full kitchen, with all appliances available for use.  A great under closet in kitchen for storage under the stairs.  A spacious family room, with room for an entertainment center.  Private separate entrance on the side of the home,  2 parking spots available in driveway, in front of back gate. 

Rent is $1550 monthly.  Utilities are an additional monthly flat rate of $150, covering basement portions utilities (gas, electrical, water, garbage, sewer). High-Speed Wi-fi is included in rent cost. 

12-month lease. If tenant needs to end the lease early, a lease-break fee equal to one month’s rent may apply, and tenant remains responsible until a new tenant is secured.

House Rules:

-No smoking

-No pets

-Quiets hours 10pm-8am.

-No loud/disruptive parties or disruptive behavior as this is a quiet residential neighborhood.
