Small, peaceful, fenced back yard that overlooks Mapleton fields and gives expansive views of the eastern mountain ranges. Gives exquisite sunrises and even starry nights. Couple of patio chairs in the back yard to just sit. Larger shared townhome back yard just 20 feet away that is hardly used.

👭 About Us:
I am a teacher and YSA single mom to one kiddo. We spend summers away (as well as weekends and holidays usually), but when we are here, we are looking for roommates who love a positive, supportive, and drama-free home....and who love small dogs! We have a couple and can't have any more pets, unless it's like a bird, fish, or reptile that stays in your room.

As a teacher, I'm very busy, independent, and enjoy outdoor adventures, working out, boxing, hiking with our dogs, and the occasional girls’ night with friends and roommates are always invited.

We hire a professional cleaner to come deep clean my room and shared areas of the house once a month. If you'd like them to do your room too, just talk to them and pay the difference.

Large unfinished basement with space for storage.
