Gorgeous, peaceful townhome on the northeast side of Spanish Fork (toward Mapleton).

Private bedroom with a shared bathroom (just one other girl)

$650/month, all utilities included

Can come partially furnished with a twin bed & mattress if needed

High-speed internet included

Pickleball court access

Garage parking or storage available for +$75/month

You’ll share the home with two friendly YSA girls (we are both in the 26-35 yr old YSA). We’re fun, active, and respectful of each other’s space. Most days we’re busy and quiet, but we enjoy chatting or hanging out when we can.

💪 Active Lifestyle Bonus:

The spanish fork river biking and running trail runs right in front of our complex.

20-25 Minute commute to both BYU and UVU. 3 minutes from the nearest Walmart and 8 from the nearest shopping center/hub.

🐾 Pets

We’ve reached our limit on dogs, but other small pets might be considered with an additional $75/month pet rent and an additional $300 deposit.

🗓 Lease Info

Lease runs through July 2025, with the option to renew if it’s a great fit for everyone (and our landlord).

🧭 Standards & Requirements

We maintain LDS and Christian standards in our home.

No drinking, drugs, vaping, weed, or overnight romantic guests, etc. 

Occasional family or friend visits are totally fine with group chat notice.

Must pass a background check and have a credit score of 625+.
