Two Private Bedrooms and Shared 1.5 Bath

One private room for $600 all utilities included or two private rooms for $850, all utilities  included. 

This townhome is pretty nice and is about a year old! Looking to rent to only one more person/pair vehicle, ideally both rooms to the same person/people as there is one parking space available unless you want to hunt for street parking for the additional car (it's scarce). 

Come be our roommate in this gorgeous townhome located on the northeast side of Spanish Fork, toward Mapleton. Pickleball court available for these townhomes! High speed internet! Can come partially furnished with a twin bed and mattress and/or a full bedframe if needed. 

You'd share the home with me (a 31 yr old single mom and my 6 yr old) and our other 25 yr old female roommate. 

Your rooms are on the second story right next to each other and share a full bathroom as well as an additional half bath with the other single girl who is super clean, works odd hours so she's usually gone when you're home. You also have access to the shared half bath, kitchen, living room, and basement with the rest of the house. You get your own private fridge for yourself in the kitchen (the one pictured) as well as your own cupboard space. Shared utensils and cookware are available if desired. 

Great YSA and family wards in the area!

One more small dog may be allowed for the right fit with an additional deposit and pet rent. I already have a small mostly hypoallergenic dog, and we can't have cats (allergies). I keep my dogs in crates at night or when I'm away, and require the same of any renters. We have a doggy door to our small pebbled back yard, which makes for easy doggy potty breaks.

The lease goes through the end of July 2024 with an option to renew. You MUST pass a thorough background check and a have a credit score of 650 or greater. 

No drinking, drugs, alcohol, or romantic overnight guests allowed. Other overnight guests such as family members or friends are fine for a couple days at a time here and there. Looking to rent both rooms to the same person/people. Ideally looking to rent to a single girl or another single mom. Willing to consider couples if they're a good fit and if they abide by the same standards. 

Have signs for the doors to indicate if you're sleeping. We ask that everyone quiet down when the door signs are up or around 10/11 pm and to be generally courteous and respectful to other members of the house. 

Extra storage space, workout area with gym mat floor, playroom area, and couch available in the unfinished basement for your use.
