-fresh paint job

-new bathroom sinks/faucets

-new toilets

-new dishwasher

-new fridge

-new microwave

Your room you'll have to furnish yourself but if you are looking for inexpensive bedding I have a contact.  I'm ideally looking for someone with LDS standards who is quiet and is clean.  Cleanliness is super important since I've kept the house in good working order since I completely remodeled and I'd like to keep it in good shape.  There are 2 sizes of rooms.  The smaller rooms I'm renting out for $495 and the bigger room (70% bigger) I'm renting out for $550.  Utilities are not included and will be shared by everyone living there but they are pretty inexpensive generally.
