The bedroom pictured is 130 sq. ft. and has a big window with a blackout roller shade. There will be a total of three people living in the home. This room shares a bathroom with another tenant with a door separating the vanity from the toilet, shower & tub. However many people are living in the home will split utilities evenly among themselves (usually five total including the two adults living in the basement which is a separate unit with its own entrance).
