Right across the street from a new park with tennis / pickle ball courts, basketball courts, a pavilion and large open field. Vineyard Beach and Bella's Market are a three minute drive or 15-minute walk. The freeway is five minutes away.

The bedroom pictured is 130 sq. ft. and has a big window with a blackout roller shade. This room shares a bathroom with another tenant with a door separating the vanity from the toilet, shower & tub. All people living in the home will split utilities evenly among themselves (there are two others sharing the common areas of the first two floors where you’ll live and two more living in the basement which is a separate unit with its own entrance in the backyard).
