Built in 2018 with all new appliances. 75" 4k smart TV with hardwired ethernet connection in the common living room. Spacious, fenced backyard with a large, covered patio and propane grill. Lots of plants throughout the house.

There's access to two clubhouses which have a gym, swimming pool, hot tub and steam room. Right across the street from Vineyard Grove Park with tennis / pickle ball courts, basketball courts, a pavilion and large open field. Vineyard Beach is a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk. Five minutes from the freeway and 7 minutes from the Lindon Marina.

The bedroom pictured is 130 sq. ft. and has a big window with a blackout roller shade. There will be a total of three people living in the home (one of which is me, the owner). The two tenants share a bathroom with a door separating the vanity from the toilet, shower & tub. However many people are living in the home split utilities evenly among themselves (usually five total including the two adults living in the basement which is a separate unit with its own entrance.

Not a place for loud, late-night parties though gatherings are welcome -- environment is clean, organized and quiet so that tenants can work, sleep, etc. without disturbances. Street parking is
plentiful.
