2b/1b basement has a 4th single female,  who shares the laundry room but has her own kitchen/living area.

 Parking pass provided for tenant.

Bedroom has walk-in closet, can fit a queen bed and desk. Shared bath has single sink, but lots of counter and cupboard space.

Shared living area includes dining table & chairs, bar stools, TV stand (TV not included), side table, sofa table and 2 lamps, sectional couch, coat/shoe rack. Loft is shared space as well.

Kitchen includes large walk-in pantry, with one shelf dedicated to each tenant, and one shared shelf plus floor space. Each tenant has a section of dedicated cupboards/drawers, and one shared section.

Home is 8 years old. Most appliances are newer. Washer/Dryer included in unit. Kitchen has gas oven/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave.

Clubhouse includes jacuzzi (year-round), pool (seasonal), and exercise room. Only two blocks from house, can walk or drive. Parks and walking trails in neighborhood.

No pets, no smoking.

Tenants split internet, gas & electric charges (these are divided for you and added to Rentler payment). Approximate monthly cost/person: Internet $20, Gas & Electric (varies based on season) $40-$75 but averages around $50/month.

(Parking outside requires permits, which are provided for tenants, plus 2 guest passes to be shared among tenants for temporary visitors. Parking stalls not assigned.)
