Basement for rent. 1 full bathroom and 2 rooms. Shared access/use to the entrance, laundry room and kitchen. Open use for back and front yard. We will split utilities, any bills may be requested and viewed prior to split of utility bills. (200 mb internet, water, trash, sewage gas, power. Usually 100$ when split) Tenate has the ability to make modifications or improvements to their rented spaces. If rented spaces are modified these must be approved by the owner prior to project start. Any materials used may be deducted from rent only if a receipt is provided. Per project left unfinished a minimum of $500 will be charged or the exact amount for materials and an estimated amount for labor will need to be paid by the tenate for leaving said project unfinished. One parking spot can be yours exclusively with an additional 100$ added to rent. Street parking only if not requested. If extra space is needed for storage an additional 100$ and a room can be made available to accommodate. If not requested all belongs must remain in your space. The kitchen and laundry room will be able to accommodate both our needs.  Cats are allowed however they must be friendly since there is already a dog present and maintained only in the rented non shared spaces, there is a dog already on the property. This space is only for one person ideally or a couple. If any guest are seen on property for more then 7 days an eviction notice will be presented. I work and have opened my home for extra revenue not for parties or for someone to destroy my home. Please be respectful 250$ pet deposit is non refundable and will be used for professional cleaners to clean after your lease is up. Must pass background check and prove income as well as provide prior rental reference.
