Basement has it's own separate front door entrance. The basement is completely separate from the upstairs (landlord), there are no stairs inside so it is more like a duplex, which helps with privacy. 

This apartment has one very large bedroom and one bathroom. There is a full kitchen with fridge and gas stove. This unit includes washer and dryer laundry machines. The layout of this apartment is unusual and the overall place is dated, but it's pretty spacious and clean. The carpets have been replaced since these pictures have been taken - it's a nice thick plush gray carpet. The apartment has six storage closets, two of which are very large!

Rent is $1200 and utilities are $100/mo flat fee per person.  Includes electricity, gas, water, trash, and internet. Two parking spaces available in the driveway. Includes washer and dryer, and fridge. We can include some used furnishings if you need them, including: one queen size bed, one pull out sofa, one small desk, folding chairs, microwave, pots and pans, utensils. 

Sorry, no pets (may make an exception for a small bird or fish tank). No smoking, no vaping, no candles.
